About Charmaine

Baltimore City  

Charmaine Michelle is a trumpet player, composer and writer, from Northern Virginia, but has been residing in Baltimore for 15 years.

In 1999, she took a break from the Arts to start a family and to complete an undergraduate degree in African History with a minor in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and then received her Masters Degree in Instructional Technology from Virginia Tech.
