    This felting was created with wool from the sheep we used to have. In fact, I think of this as a portrait of one of the ewe's, Pepper. She was always very alert and at the same time a little wary. She also bossed the other sheep around. (2018)

About Kathy

Exploring objects and textures in nature and capturing the drama of light outdoors have inspired my artwork for as long as I can remember; and until a couple of years ago, I worked predominantly in oils and pastels.  I am also a knitter and raised sheep for more than a decade.
