Olivia's profile

Olivia Morgan was born & raised in Baltimore County in the summer of 1998. She was raised by her two loving parents and of that, her mom shot film quite often. Olivia's mom would hand her cheap point & shoot film cameras from a small age. She was unaware of it at the time, but photography would soon enough be the very thing that grounds her most. She graduated from Towson University & had the very fortunate opportunity to take a B&W 35mm Film Developing & Darkroom Printing class, her last semester. After finishing school, Olivia inevitably made her move full time move to the city where she is currently the assistant to professional photographer & artist- Peggy Fox, whom she looks up to greatly. She is currently most appealed by black & white film street photography, intrigued by the timelessness of it all - aiming for her photos to be slightly unrecognizable to which decade you are in. Most of her close friends & family refer to her as “Liv” - the outgoing, passionate, creative woman who is living her most authentic life. Liv cares so deeply about making this world a better place for all marginalized & disenfranchised groups of people. She would never deny herself the opportunity to expand her skillset and she wears it on her sleeve. Liv continues to develop her street photography practice while working alongside established artists, always seeking opportunities to document and uplift the communities around her.
