  • The Haze

Elizabeth calls on her estranged ex, Cal, to help her with the doppelganger tied up in her

basement. Upon his arrival, old memories resurface, revealing a haunting cycle that binds them together. Weary from their toxic pattern, Cal’s attempt to break out of their dynamic leads to a violent confrontation.

The Haze is a quiet horror allegory about the emotional violence we inflict upon each other. The short film premiered at the New/Next Film Festival in Baltimore, MD in October 2025.
