Danielle's profile
Danielle d’Amico is a multimedia artist working with video, installation, virtual and augmented realities. Formally and thematically, her work focuses on the intimate overlaps between the beyond human world, humanity and the technological realm.
Her work has been featured in various screenings and exhibitions including the International Symposium on Electronic Art (Paris, 2023), Spacetime Catalyst Film Screening (Miami, 2022) and PostSensorium RIXC Art Science Festival (Riga, 2021). In Baltimore, her work has been exhibited at Gallery CA, Gormley Gallery, and XoXo Gallery. Her immersive projection installation ‘What to Expect When You’re Expecting', was awarded the Johns Hopkins Saul Zaentz Innovation Grant in 2019.
Danielle has worked on various projects as a director, editor, and videographer. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Media Production at Towson University.
