'Sketches from the Virtual Spaces' is a work that analyzes new creative possibilities that might arise from the relationship between music, architecture and electronic virtual space. Electronic virtual space called cyberspace, has recently became an integral part of man's existential territory.

In this work, we try to answer the questions: What is Cyberspace? Where is it? How is it constructed and how to shape it? And finally, whether there is architecture in cyberspace, and if so, how this architecture can be characterized.

HELLO is a modern multimedia project based on the music from the album of the same title.
Video alternates with improvised music; it is not just visualization but it creates a screenplay for the whole concert, the entire show. The film, supplementing the music, acts as a narrator, substitutes the text, tells the story, gives clues, shocks, constitutes a moving background.

The Tariqu Ensemble is a trio that is focused on fusing Middle Eastern music and jazz both with traditional Middle Eastern material and original compositions by the ensemble. Given my Egyptian-American heritage, this group has been particularly fun to cultivate and is made up of percussionist Jon Seligman and pianist Harry Appelman who are also both jazz musicians that share this passion to incorporate Middle Eastern music. We've all individually traveled to the Middle East and have explored how the music can be integrated with our backgrounds as jazz musicians.
