Marisa Sheena Evangelista (b. 1998) was born in Thailand, but for most of her life, she grew up in Maryland, USA. She has a long term goal of exploring implied narratives that exist beyond her paintings and enjoys creating artwork that echos a sense of mystery. Marisa explores her ideas through traditional media and digital media. In addition to portrait and figure painting, she also enjoys plein air painting as a way to keep her creative lens fresh.
