JoAnn attended the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) where she received a BA in Illustration followed by a Master of Arts from the University of Baltimore in Communication Design. After working for many years creating art, graphics, and animations for the Intelligence Community she is now pursuing a lifelong dream of creating fine art paintings full time.
