Frances James holds her MFA in Choreography. Frances has worked in the BCPSS as a Dance and Theater teacher. She has choreographed for Liturgical Dance Ministries, and the Unified Voices theater productions: "Smokey Joe's Cafe" and "Q-The Legend".
