  • Lempira: Oro y Sangre

Deep in the jungles of what is modern day Honduras and El Salvador, home of warring Lenca factions, Lempira's conquest is interrupted by an arrival of a dangerous new threat. Faced with the inevitability of colonial imperialism, Lempira must overcome his own pride, embrace a cause greater than himself, and unite the people he was once fighting against.

LEMPIRA is the massive mytho-historic tale of the invincible Lord of the Mountain, condensing a decades-long resistance against Spanish imperialism into one night of theatrical spectacle. Based on true events of Mesoamerican history & mythology, this heavily stylized retelling is filled with Latin-inspired metal music, epic storytelling, and arresting visuals that capture the rich, awe-inspiring spirit of indigenous Latin American culture.

With characters who use both English and Spanish, we invite the audience to look past the barrier of language and identify with characters through their actions and song. Rest assured, there will be

  • Ceremony of the Faceless (Feat. Blightbeast and Revvnant)

Ceremony of the Faceless is a movement-focused scare attraction for the Halloween season, presented by the Baltimore Rock Opera Society. This immersive experience is a blend of spectacle, scares, confusion, fear, and pageantry, designed to evoke deeper, haunting meanings behind the actions of the faceless performers.

Each year, these entities undergo their ritualistic ceremony, existing briefly outside their humane facade, masked while in their faceless demon form. The purpose of this arcane ritual is to deceive onlookers, tap into the power of their demon lord, and regain their human disguises for another year. This process mirrors the human tradition of donning ghastly costumes for a night, but in reverse. These demons, masquerading as humans, infiltrate our society, subtly influencing our daily lives with their malevolent presence.

The ceremony underscores a chilling reminder that true evil often lurks within our everyday interactions, masked and unnoticed. When a demon successfully

  • A Computer That Loves (And Why Not to Build One)

A Computer That Loves: And Why Not To Build One is a original universe-spanning sci-fi rock opera epic with a big (and heavy) heart.

Created in 1964 and living until the end of time itself, Charlie the Robot contemplates his existence at the end of the universe and decides that he would rather not have been built in the first place. He sends a record back in time to the 1960's to convince his lost love and creator, Suzy Baker, not to build him, but that turns out to be the very thing that inspired his design. Through love, heartbreak, and assimilating the planet Charlie desperately tries to be human but just can't seem to figure it out.
