Note by Note- Faith Through Pixels
This portfolio is a vibrant collection of digital paintings created using various versions of the Samsung Galaxy Note, chronicling nearly a decade of artistic evolution. The journey began in 2015, during my college years—a transformative time when my Christian faith deepened, and I wrestled with finding my place as a Black man in a world where representation felt scarce.
I vividly remember the frustration of searching for clothing that authentically represented both my faith and my cultural identity. It wasn’t just about finding something to wear—it was about seeing myself reflected in the world around me. The lack of representation wasn’t just a gap in the market; it was a gap in the mirror, a void that left me feeling unseen. That frustration ignited a creative spark. If I couldn’t find it, I would create it.
Armed with my Samsung Galaxy Note and an urge to design what didn’t exist, I began pouring my thoughts, faith, and culture into digital art. What started as a personal outlet grew into a bold statement of identity—a way to inspire others who might feel similarly unseen.
Each painting in this portfolio tells a part of that story, blending pop art influences with deeply personal themes, my work fuses vibrant colors, striking imagery, and elements of faith and culture. From scripture-inspired designs to eye-catching pieces celebrating Black resilience and joy, each painting is a unique expression of my journey.
The pop-art style adds a playful, modern energy, bridging the sacred and the everyday while making faith and identity accessible and relatable. This portfolio is more than a collection of art—it’s a testament to the power of creativity as a tool for representation, storytelling, and self-discovery.
Each piece invites viewers into a world where faith and culture collide in bold, unapologetic ways.

Unbounded Worship
The Unbounded Worship portfolio showcases the creative journey and impactful designs featured on UnboundedWorship.com. This collection reflects the passion of its artist and founder, Cephas Sharp, for creating art that uplifts, inspires, and empowers both believers and non-believers, while celebrating the rich tapestry of Christianity and Afro culture.
The journey began in 2015, when Cephas sought clothing that authentically represented his relationship with Christ and his identity as a Black man. Finding a lack of artistic, motivational graphic tees that told a story, he took it upon himself to create them. Collaborating with his wife, Jaleesa, he developed designs that resonated with many, sparking meaningful conversations about faith. This experience ignited a desire to impact the growth of the kingdom through engaging, artistic expressions that are unapologetically Black. Thus, Unbounded was born—a brand that embodies freedom from the shackles of sin and a commitment to a life with Jesus.
This portfolio features a selection of Unbounded's signature designs, each crafted to serve as a beacon of faith and a tool for initiating impactful conversations. Accompanying these designs are images of individuals proudly wearing Unbounded apparel, bringing the art to life and highlighting its role in building communities and changing lives.
The mission of Unbounded Worship is to create art that not only adorns the body but also equips believers to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20). By wearing Unbounded gear, individuals become living testaments to the transformative power of faith, ready to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with confidence and authenticity.
This portfolio invites you to join a movement that encourages letting your light shine, using art and apparel as icebreakers to share the profound message of love, redemption, and unity.
