SCALES
I was thinking of this grouping as predators, but on second thought they have a more primitive commonality. They're all cold blooded and have scales.

SCALESSCALES presents critters that share a like-mindedness: unapologic predation. This arrangement had a paper measurement of about 9' x 6'.

PLANETS
Watercolor roundels that juxtapose the infinite (the ever changing sky) with the finite (man's attempt to bring order in the world with patterns). Much like the UP IN ARMS series, this group began in 2013 and continues today. While UP IN ARMS plays with viewer's expectations about common objects, the PLANETS are meditative and unapologetically beautiful.
