With an extensive career spanning almost three decades as a high school art educator in both Baltimore City Public Schools and Baltimore County Public Schools, my commitment to fostering creativity goes beyond the classroom. Outside of academic settings, my love for art seamlessly intertwines with personal pursuits, manifesting in immersive experiences with both artistic expression and nature, particularly in my endeavors of gardening, landscaping and story writing.
In my artistic endeavors, I find inspiration in the exploration of found objects, assembling them into intricate and captivating images. My process involves meticulously connecting these objects, akin to assembling a puzzle, resulting in a final image that is not only visually striking but also securely held together with surgical precision.
