The installation explores my artistic journey and influence of my cultural background. Cardboard, the chosen material, emphasizes accessibility and transformation in art-making. The white painted walls symbolize the artist adapting to the art world, while the lion's head represents cultural exchange and the artist's heritage. This installation is my response to the Francis Scott Key Bridge accident. At the top is the iconic Maryland crab cage, and shut in the center is the amber strobe light representing the construction crew flashing in random bursts. The whole is crashed to the ground by the heavy masonry.
