Jeff's profile
My earliest writing gig was a summer camp talent show. I completed my first novella, The Wolfman, in the fourth grade. Since then I have written three freight carfuls of advertising copy including 3,694 television scripts, 2,314 radio skits, 4 bumper stickers and 107 “buy one get one free” coupons. I won a bunch of silly awards, including the ones from France. I have paid penance for these crimes with two completed novels and a satchel full of short stories and personal essays about my life in Fells Point and other assorted left turns. Some have been published in magazines with names like Splotch! and Defenestration. I made it through the Creative Writing Program at JHU and never once got expelled.
