Lauren Schott was born inn Detroit and attend Society of Arts and Crafts where she learned silversmithing in downtown Detroit, she earned her BFA in jewelry from Nova Scotia College of Art and Design.
She taught jewelry at the Maryland Institute Collage of Art and the Corcoran College of Art and Design.
She works as a jeweler designing and fabricating custom jewelry. She lives in Baltimore with her husband, sculpture David Page and dog Hank.
