I am a self proclaimed nerd who loves writing, movies, playing chess, superheroes, comic books, and sci-fi. I've self published three books in an ongoing homegrown series blending my two biggest loves: faith and superheroes. I grew up in Baltimore, first in the inner city and then in the county, where I was cultivated by both public and private school.

I've had the opportunity to attend Howard University, where I first started to really consider my identity as a black man in America. It helped me understand that my two loves needed to be three. Using the foundation of the church, my love for superheroes and my desire for representation, I began crafting a collection of characters built on biblical principles. These were characters that would physically manifest ideas from the bible, turn the spiritual war into a literal battle, redefining words like miracle, blessing and curse. They would be from Baltimore and they would challenge stereotypes and problems within the Christian community and the black community.

Now, I spend my time trying to bring that vision to life, doing my best to educate myself and grow in my culture. I strive to sharpen my skills, find likeminded individuals and achieve a modicum of success in order to honor both the inspiration God has given me, and the people in my life who have given all to support me.
