Frankie Marsh is a Baltimore-based non-union actor and musician who aims to defy tradition. A versatile storyteller, she moves effortlessly between mediums; weaving together a refined level of acting and a raw virtuosity that is unmistakably her own. Known for her “mesmerizing” stage presence and deeply collaborative spirit, Frankie meets each project with boundless energy and a multifaceted skillset.

Since graduating from Towson University with her BFA in Acting in 2022, her work has expanded to include both stage and screen credits, as well as music composition: Frankie has composed and performed original music for a growing number of theatrical productions including Hamlet (2019), directed by David White, for which she earned a Certificate of Merit for Excellence in Musical Composition from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival; Iron Crow Theatre’s How to Transcend a Happy Marriage (2025) directed by Ann Turiano; an independent new work set to premiere in the spring/summer of 2026, Orpheus by Dumpster Fire, by local playwright Benjamin Cuchulainn Kaspar.

In 2021, she led a faculty-produced Towson University short film, It Takes Courage, directed by Mary Sawyers Baker Prize winner Chung-Wei Huang and Joe Kraemer. The film won a Capital Emmy in 2024.

More critically acclaimed performances include: “Ilse” in Maryland Theatre Collective’s Bloomie Award winning production of Spring Awakening (2024), directed by Tommy Malek and Rachel Sandler; “Don John” in Baltimore Shakespeare Factory’s Much Ado About Nothing (2025), directed by Kaitlyn Fowler; and “The Countess” in Manor Mill Playhouse’s Murder on The Orient Express (2025), directed by Vanessa Eskridge.

Frankie is currently in rehearsals for Antigone at Spotlighters Theatre, directed by Emma Hooks, opening in March 2026.
