Jerome Chester, also known as *TheGroovyVandal*, is a dynamic artist from West Baltimore, Maryland, celebrated for his versatility and community impact. Working across various mediums—including quilting textiles, graphic design, handmade t-shirts, and street art—Jerome’s art is deeply rooted in his personal journey and the challenges of Baltimore's underfunded public schools. Guided by two teachers who recognized his potential, Jerome has since dedicated himself to mentoring young artists and revitalizing his city through murals and exhibitions.
