Mariah's profile

Mariah Bethke is a visual artist based in Baltimore County with a deep-rooted passion for nature, human history, and the evolution of life. Currently pursuing a B.S. in Art History with a minor in Museum Studies at Towson University, she is set to graduate in May 2025. Mariah’s academic and artistic work is guided by a fascination with the past—how people have lived, created, and connected to the natural world across time.
Alongside her studies, Mariah works as a gallery assistant intern at Towson Arts Collective, where she helps support exhibitions and community art programming. She is especially interested in the intersections of art and science, and she hopes to build a career that blends her creative practice with museum and gallery work. Whether through curatorial projects, education, or her own artwork, Mariah is dedicated to making spaces where people can engage meaningfully with art and history.
