In this single channel video piece, random GIF’s downloaded from the internet are inserted into photo stills of a distressed fence surrounding  a vacant lot.

Aborning New Light is a video installation from my larger New Light series. The visuals were mined from archives of nuclear testing on American soil. From the declassified nuclear testing film footage, the 1000s of film stills were printed onto transparencies, exposed onto light sensitive paper and finally, he rescanned the processed prints back into a single film (sometimes objects like Godzilla figurines or Enola Gay toys were placed on the darkroom paper during the exposure process).

In this collection, "THA FLOW STATE", Unique’s writing investigates the celebration of forgotten spaces and spirits, and asks viewers to imagine the connections between these spaces, and the current space we inhabit, which would rather we forget by in favor of progress without reverence for proper foundation (ie, gentrification and/or upward mobility).

Getcha Life! EP is a collaborative musical project between Unique (a/k/a kLefta*maniak, in MC form) and MRDJXZ, a DJ/producer living in Brooklyn, NY. This project was written during Unique's first year in recovery, and so represents an overcoming of one of the most tumultuous emotional spaces of their lives. It also becomes a triumphant return to deeper truths, ones only found in the darkest nights of the soul.

Most of my found photo based works are about the relationship between the subject and the photographer. It's their looks being captured in that one moment by the camera lens that I'm focussed on. I first recognized what had been capturing my attention about the found photographs when I got a black velvet painting copy of Salvadore Dali's Jesus on the cross. In that painting the viewer is put into the position of being God looking down on Jesus.

Based on the unknown alphabet that stems from the ongoing Elgreen Project universe; these "strange letters" take shape in sculptural forms, shining a light that reveals a deeper mystery.

I created these sculptural light boxes channeling Robert Indiana's words sculptures

El "Zahir" is a vector illustration based on the renown Argentine writer Jorge Luis Borges story; “El Zahir” from “El Aleph” book of short stories. It is part of the ongoing Elgreen Project "FICCIONES" Series; based on visual allegories to Jorge Luis Borges work and created to inform Elgreen Project universe singular aesthetics.

In this image I wanted to illustrate the ill-fated moment when an unfortunate character falls in to the spell of the Zahir (taking the shape of a strange sundial sculpture in this personal illustrated version) for the first time.

NERVE CENTER is an immersive multi sensorial art installation that serves as a tangible portal for TLaloC’s ongoing “Elgreen Project” -Ficciones Series- architectural landscapes. The exhibition space, invites the audience to a liminal dark space full of unidentifiable strange glowing elements; engulfed in a peculiar sweet scent that aims to transport the viewer to another time and place. NERVE CENTER was made possible by the Central Baltimore Partnership with generous support from The William G. Baker, Jr.
