Haikus-isms by Ecila Mai

My first endeavor into publishing a small book of haiku Japanese poetry, a poem enclosed in just three lines and a set number of syllables for each line: that is five, seven, five syllables, consequentially. My poetic style for this book was to have seven haikus aligned under one topic or subject beginning with the letter "E" that is indicative of things experienced in life, love and learning.
