My creative vision, along with the images I photographed, is a powerful daydream aimed
towards the transformation of the now defunct Sparrow's Point Bethlehem Steel plant into a new dimension. From an environmental disaster into a nature haven for people,
plants and wildlife to enjoy and be nurtured for a hopeful future.
My inspiration began during a September 2012 visit to Germany, where a pre-World War abandoned ironworks was transformed into a beautiful multi-cultural park known as the "Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord.
Please see and share my dream for yourself at www.Landschaftspark.de
My return home to Baltimore stimulated my hopeful dream of transforming the abandoned steel mill and abandoned acreage into a multi-functioning village park which will gainfully employ people.
I then envisioned involving Baltimore City workers, architects, skilled craftsmen and landscape designers, to create healing visions of prosperity and improve socio-eonomics for the east Baltimore county region.
The Baker Artists Awards is Baltimore's best venue with which to share my creative vision and possibilities for manifestation....
