Michael is a Baltimore-based photographer originally from Western Maryland. For the last 18 years, he has photographed people in social landscapes across the United States. Primarily through street portraiture and long exposure night photography, Michael seeks to document the connection between people and place, and the way belief, memory, and culture shape environments. He also really likes talking to strangers.
