Baltimore City  

Marc Baker is a filmmaker and musician from the northeast US, but has been to fortunate enough to spend time mucking through the swamps of the gulf coast and stomping through the woods of the northwest. His latest short, 'Winter in Dog Years' premiered at the 2024 New/Next film festival in Baltimore. A feature length version of 'Winter in Dog Years' begins production in 2025.

Winter in Dog Years

A loving play on film noir mysteries and 1970's paranoia thrillers, Winter in Dog Years is a feature film following a Baltimore dog walker as she unwittingly falls into a real estate development conspiracy.
