About Luis
Born in New York City. Studied at Maryland Institute College of Art, Millersville State University and the University of Puerto Rico. Flores has lived and worked in Baltimore since 1978. His mixed media works and installations have been viewed in alternative spaces and museums throughout the Mid-Atlantic and is represented by Goya Contemporary in Baltimore, MD.
