At the Back of My Mind

This is a digital collage made from photos taken throughout the last several years as well as a childhood photo of me dressed as the Grim Reaper. Ever since I was a very small child, I've been obsessed with death, what lies beyond it, and the temporary nature of everything living. This fixation has colored many of my earliest, fuzziest memories, as well as much of my day to day life. Completed in November, 2025, this piece is meant to reflect just how deep that unhealthy obsession has serplanted itself within my psyche, taking root within the darkest corners of my mind reserved for intrusive thoughts and things best left forgotten.

    Warm Hugs in Hard Times

Warm Hugs in Hard Times is an acrylic painting I made in June, 2023 for a album I never finished. It was created in the midst of one of the most emotionally difficult periods of my life, right before I moved to Baltimore once the anti-trans legislation back in Florida really started picking up steam. At the time it served as a comforting escape from the oppressive darkness, ensuring myself that there indeed will always be loved ones to give warm hugs in hard times.

  • New Year Knew You
    New Year Knew You

This is a digital collage created on New Year's Eve of 2025. The end of every year is a sort of inevitable crossroads where one might find themselves analyzing not just the decisions made and events encountered from the past year, but of all previous years leading them to that point. At least that's how I typically experience this particular holiday. This image is basically a personification of that reflection, with the new year being personified by a physical deity inspecting each of my previous iterations.

  • Kids on the Web
    Kids on the Web

This digital animation was completed in November, 2024 and seeks to capture the eclectic style of late 90's - early 00's mediaplayer skins, with the added twist of a literal ghost in the machine. This intersection of bright, childish glee with unknowable horror is largely indicative of the experience of children who encounter tremendously harmful things on the internet, an unfortunately common occurrence for my generation.

  • Designing the Very First Corpse
    Designing the Very First Corpse

Created in June, 2025, this digital collage depicts what I imagine it was like for God to create the very first dead animal, represented here by an obliterated crow. I find myself intensely preoccupied with thoughts of "what goes on behind the scenes," imagining the universe as a computer program being manipulated by some higher power beyond humanity's comprehension. I don't mean that in the literal, simulation theory sense, but rather the idea that there is always a man behind the curtain, always some higher level of understanding to be attained, something waiting in the wings that dictates everything we do. If such a thing were to exist, then naturally the concept of death must have been born from some sort of cosmic development meeting. Is this a healthy train of thought? Probably not, but I at least find it very compelling.

  • Reclaim Your Gore!
    Reclaim Your Gore!

This is a digital collage made in May, 2025. The final product is a sort of stream of consciousness expression of my lifelong fixation with violence and how that intersects with the cycle of life and death. The most prominent images used in the collage are those of a pair of latex masks I created as props for preexisting film projects, and an edited image of a fetal mouse I discovered on my bedroom floor one morning after its mother was eviscerated by one of my cats. The cat in question is also featured in the piece, positioned center frame and wearing one of the aforementioned masks.

  • Dream Fauna #1 - The Pastoral Mother
Dream Fauna #1 - The Pastoral Mother

This is a digital illustration from a triptych series created in October, 2024, and inspired by creatures I've encountered in dreams. I met this particular entity in a lush field populated by a floating herd of similar creatures. They appeared passive and maternal, carrying their embryonic young in little yellow pouches of amniotic fluid on their backs.

  • Dream Fauna #2 - The Primordial Mantis
Dream Fauna #2 - The Primordial Mantis

This is a digital illustration from a triptych series created in October, 2024, and inspired by creatures I've encountered in dreams. I met this particular entity in an everyday bedroom. It was about the size of a small dog and walked with a sloppy, unstable gate, flopping this way and that as it tumbled over itself across the carpet. In the reality of the dream this was a typical pest often encountered in one's home. It disgusted me but was no more unsettling than finding a centipede crawling beside your bed.

  • Dream Fauna #3 - The Beast
Dream Fauna #3 - The Beast

This is a digital illustration from a triptych series created in October, 2024, and inspired by creatures I've encountered in dreams. I've met this particular entity in multiple unrelated dreams and it always carries a malevolent aura. Though it has appeared without being directly named, there was at least one occasion in which another dream character referred to the being as "the Beast," and is universally treated as a bad omen. Out of all the fantastical creatures I've encountered in my dreams, this is the most overtly evil, though the reasons why it feels that way can't really be articulated.

Yell Occult - Cross Country Escapism (Album Cover)

This is the front cover art I created for my band, Yell Occult and our debut EP, Cross Country Escapism. Composed from a variety of miscellaneous photos taken over the past several years all built around two acrylic paintings, these digital collages encapsulate the aesthetic and tone of the musical project, which itself was meant to capture the raw emotions associated with my tumultuous move from Florida to Baltimore in the summer of 2023. The EP itself was released in December, 2024, made in collaboration with my close friends, Isaac Lucy and Arianna Ganley.

  • Convenience (Film Poster)
    Convenience (Film Poster)

This piece is made up of traditional ink illustrations that were photographed and manipulated digitally. Created in December of 2025, this was commissioned by local filmmakers Luke and Noah Clarke ahead of the digitla release of their short film, "Convenience." The final image is the end result of many iterations, each evolving and finely tuned to the requests of the filmmakers to best suit the tone and themes of their work.

Traditional Visual Art

This is a collection of traditional art completed over the past few years. This collection predominantly includes paintings of different varieties, but occasionally veers into illustration.

  • Currently Untitled Collaboration
    Currently Untitled Collaboration

This 4.5ft x 4.5ft mixed media painting is a collaborative piece done alongside local artist Wednesday Childs. The painting itself was completed in January, 2026 with a decorative frame still in development.

An Insane Person Commits Yet Another Murder

This is a one panel comic created in August, 2025, depicting the pain inflicted upon oneself and others when bottling up your true feelings, and putting on a deceptively positive face.

My return to oil painting after a several year hiatus, this piece is one of two sister paintings created in August, 2025 after an emotionally intense time period.

    Love's Smallest Violin

The second of two oil paipaintings created after a several year break from the medium. This too was completed in August, 2025 after a period of emotional turmoil.

The Miracle

The Miracle is an experimental horror film that uses the blurred lines between dream, reality, and found footage to tell a story of cyclical abuse on both the micro and macro level. Finished in March, 2025, I created the film in collaboration with Isaac Lucy, who both played the lead role, and created the film's haunting original score and visceral sound design, while I crafted the visuals. As of December, 2025, The Miracle has been screened at several local events and festivals including New/Next Film Fest, Baltimore Horror Film Fest, and New Works.

Pipe Dream - Episode 0 - Incubation

Originally intended as the first installment in an ongoing web series, Pipe Dream is a surreal, science fiction short film about Emma, a trans woman with a rare type of amnesia who attempts to reconstruct her fractured memory at a clandestine clinic ran by the enigmatic Dr. Speck. With an intensely multimedia, balls to the wall maximalist aesthetic, Pipe Dream is by far my most visually dense piece of work, and was an all encompassing endeavour unlike anything I have experienced before or since. Working nearly entirely alone (other than a guest animated segment by Salt Lake City based artist, Mavis Rice), it was basically all I ever did or thought about during the summer of 2024, and for that reason it holds a special place in my heart.

Automatic - "Black Box" (Official Music Video)

This is the official music video for the song "Black Box," by the Los Angeles based band, Automatic. Officially credited as an animator and plate creator, I was responsible for creating the animated cars, TV monster (a physical sculpture that I fabricated and digitized), and some of the background elements seen in the video. Directed by Niccolò Verrecchia and Bryce Williams, the video was officially released in September, 2025 as a part of the rollout for the band's most recent album, Is It Now?

The Juice is Okay - "Lover's Lullaby" (Official Music Video)

This is the official music video for the song "Lover's Lullaby," by Boston based band, The Juice is Okay. Shot on tape with a grimy aesthetic, the video tells a story of love and loss where, after being designated scientifically unlovable by a computer program, a schlubby loner turns to occult magic to conjure himself a homunculus lover.  As a lover of prop design and practical effects, crafting the two unsettling creatures seen throughout the video was a particularly fulfilling task that allowed me to really revel in the yuckiness of it all. Starring Patrick Flanagan as the titular lover, the video was released in June, 2025 as part of the roll out for the album, Resynthesis in Glitterland.

The Juice is Okay - "Jumping Spider" (Official Music Video)

This is the official music video I created for the song, "Jumping Spider," by the Boston based band, The Juice is Okay. An overwhelmingly colorful mixture of live action film and hand painted paper cut-out/puppet based animation, the video follows a lonely alcoholic who gets sucked into his VCR and transported to a fantastical circus populated by a variety of wacky characters. Completed in December,  2024 and starring Patrick Flanagan in the lead role, the video was one of the most intricate, labor intensive projects I have ever undertaken.

MOG

MOG is an abstract short film that utilizes elements of animation and vibrant, live action footage to tell a loose narrative about violent intrusive thoughts and gender dysphoria. It was initially produced for the soft opening of a house venue/art gallery in Tallahassee, and serves as an encapsulation of many of my anxieties at the time. Created in March, 2023,  MOG was my first real foray into combining live action footage with overlaid animated elements, serving as an important landmark in my artistic journey.
