About Lemary
Lemary is a Baltimore based multidisciplinary artist. Creating imaginative work that is seeped in representation, manipulating time and mortality to weave together an image that is a vivid and seamless fusion of texture and color.
Digital Paintings
The pandemic really shifted how and which mediums I engage with, as I found myself more confined to my room digital painting became my most prominent medium.
I approach the screen like a digital canvas, each stroke pixels of oil or acrylic without the drying process
Time and Death and God
A solo exhibit in April of 2024 at Happy Gallery in Chicago, IL
Time, death, and God, the 3 absolutes in the hearts and minds of many. Each calling for its own reverence. One leading to another, one the keeper of all. I wanted to explore what deserves our time, what the passage of time looks like. What death looks like, what role does death play amongst the living. How much of life is in our control, how much of our reality is true or certain.
Errands
Errands is a an expression of everyday charm. Beauty in the routine and usually mundane. This is also an act of resourcefulness, creation at any time, wherever you are. I used everyday locations as my studio, places you do errands at, sometimes seen as a chore. I’ve found through art and just living day to day that the existence of people of color, in this specific case creatives of color are often seen as unwanted or bothersome in public spaces. Errands is an example of belonging, existing. A screenshot into the film of the everyday.
FKA Marley- Self Released

A degree in music from CCBC in 2014, 15 years of production work and over a decade of touring and performances can be summarized in this "greatest hits" or thus far project.
This project marked the end of an era, sonically and in name. After removing basically all traces of older music I decided to put together this collection to archive my past before I move on to new music with a newfound voice
Artist Portraiture
One of my biggest driving forces as an artist is to be a resource to my peers through my craft. I want to be able to document their journey and process as well as provide essentials like headshots and press photos.

Blush + Brews; Creative Platform and Event Series- Founder
Blush + Brews began in 2016 as a new accessible and inclusive creative hub. The monthly concert series was free and held together by all of the countless vendors, hosts, performers, artists and venue staff and security. Over 70 artists have performed at over 30 shows across Baltimore, New York, Philadelphia and DC. Blush + Brews released a zine featuring international and local artists, and ended its 2+ year run with a mix series spanning 40 iterations broadcasting via n10as radio out of Montreal.
My Goal was for people to feel welcome and included, no artist too small to perform, no one too othered to attend or contribute.

Bollymore; Creative Platform and Event Series- Founder
Bollymore started in 2017 Inspired by the sounds + stories of the subcontinent. Baltimore’s space of fellowship and exchange amongst the South Asian diaspora, celebrating the arts and collaborating across cultures.
Bollymore is the sort of event that you sit around with fellow artists, friends, or family at dinner and say " I wish there was an event like this" or "I wish I could DJ all of my favorite Bollymore songs somewhere"
This is basically how it came to be, from talking to friends in the city and my own family hailing from the south Indian state of Kerala, I wanted to create a space where connection and exposure to new cultures could take place.
From traditional dance and music to workshops exploring South Asian representation in media I wanted the platform to extend beyond the clubs and internet. I hope to continue to expand on what these events and programming can look like. Before the pandemic interrupted things we planned to have a multicultural potluck, food was a focal point of many events, providing various traditional appetizers, venue permitted.
