"reminder" series

REMINDER is based on the concepts of healing, self-care, and psychology. Our thoughts have an effect on our behaviors and actions. Negative thoughts can be overwhelming and self-debilitating. To remind oneself that "you are not your thoughts" and that your thoughts do not define you is an affirmation meant to increase self-esteem and confidence. Flowers represent beauty, growth, and a tie to the natural world. They remind us that we are living, human, and should be kind to ourselves. I hope that this print reminds the viewer to think about themselves in a more positive, loving way.
