Sleeping Gypsy – a project that was saved by breaking its mold.

The original design for this work does not resemble the final piece. After much effort to install the LEDs and build the control circuit, the design created by dividing the space between the areas of colored LEDs was not interesting. After a period of discouragement, I realized that the light could be divided differently, and I devised the moon and pyramid design, which seemed much more successful. This “failed” piece has opened up a fresh concept for approaching new work.
