Alexander Shtarkman at Taiwan

In 2019, I was honored to host and invite Alexander Shtarkman(current Piano Department chair at Peabody Institute) for few concerts at different venues in Taiwan. It was a dream to perform even just a single composition with my primary teacher on stage. The piece we performed was Debussy's Petite Suite for 4 hands. We practiced like two artists and rehearsed normally. I felt no gap or inbalance during the whole process. We are all humble in front of  the great music!

In 2019, Ching-Yi was invited to give a "Russian Series" Concert in Willow Valley Community Center in PA.
The performance contains both lcture and playing. I was glad that the audiences were highly entertained. After the concert, one of the staff kindly told me that it was the very time she had seen no one left their seats until the end of the concerts.
