In April of 2011, I visited the lovely country of the Province of Panama. I took a cruise on the fabled Panama Canal, checked out a rain forest and met some members of the Embera Indian village. I also visited Panama City, the capital of the country and some of their fabulous beaches. The locks on the canal all have different names. I also checked out "Old Panama," a part of the capital city founded in 1519, by the Spanish.
