Yevgeniy K'banchik is Ukrainian-born filmmaker with a diverse background of film production, including cinematography, directing, writing, special effects, and editing. He received formal training at Moscow Film School, and field experience working in Europe and the US, including a variety of international projects.  Since 2002, K'banchik has been working as an independent filmmaker, creating a range of experimental films and documentaries that have been shown in festivals around the world. His films have received various recognitions; and, his most recent film Brood X has received numerous awards in several national and international festivals. Yevgeniy lives and works in Baltimore.
