Wendy's profile
Wendy Tribulski is a multidisciplinary artist who lives and works in Baltimore, Maryland. Wendy graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) with an MFA in studio art. She has been an adjunct professor of art in the First Year Experience Program at MICA since 2021, teaching courses on color, design, and drawing.
Driven by her interest in imaging change and the passage of time, Wendy's work utilizes erasure, redaction and transformation of both images and text. Her installations employ a variety of media including stitching, projection, vinyl text, video, and digitally produced 2D images.
Wendy's work has been shown in industrial settings as well as museum and university galleries. The installation Pass Through was installed in a warehouse at 1100 Wicomico in Baltimore, MD. Other work has been exhibited at the Bry Gallery at University of Louisiana, the Riggs and Decker Galleries at Maryland Institute College of Art, the Mitchell Gallery at St. John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland, and the Monmouth Museum in Lincroft, New Jersey.
