Rebecca's profile

Working with a variety of mediums, Rebecca Jones first channeled her inner muse via the written word in poetry form at the age of five. Still never one to fit a form, Jones has documented her life in verse, filling a sundry of journals written in crayon and eventually ink.

Always interested in photography, Jones was inspired by the works of high school friend, well known Sam Holden, and studied photography under the renowned Jack Radcliffe. She continued her studies in English and Writing at Towson
University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore.

A published writer and poet, Jones built her career as a writer and editor, and expanded
her creative vices to include painting and drawing. She currently works on canvas with
oils and acrylics, charcoal on paper, and often a combination of mediums.

A Baltimore native, Jones continues to write, photograph, paint, draw, play drums and seek inner peace.
