Nicole's profile
As both a traditional tactile painter and technological art geek, Nicole constantly searches for ways to balance both aspects in her work. Painting, drawing, animating, sound recording, and exploring electronic circuitry are her current interests.
Nicole was born in Wisconsin, grew up in Georgia, and currently resides in Baltimore. She received her MFA from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in Imaging and Digital Arts in 2006 and her BFA from the University of Georgia in Painting in 1998. She currently teaches at UMBC, Towson University, and Anne Arundel Community College.
