Since 1999 Lee Connah has been writing, recording, and performing original songs and music, releasing 5 albums. A longtime woodworker and craftsman, from 2004-2017 Lee built many unique  guitars, banjos,  cellos, and other stringed instruments from salvaged lumber, found objects, and repurposed and unorthodox materials, decorating them in fanciful ways. In 2017 he began making crankies and has presented them from Vermont to Atlanta including at New York city's La Mama Experimental Theater. Lee's feature length screenplay "Car BnB" took second prize in the 2024 Baltimore Screenwriters Competion. 2025 has brought a new focus on street art, stencils, and large scale protest puppets.
