Jenna's profile
Jenna Wright graduated from Millersville University of Pennsylvania with a BFA focusing in Ceramics and a BSE in Art Education. She received her MFA from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Primarily a ceramic sculptor she often incorporates mixed media into her works. Jenna was an Artist-In-Residence at Montgomery College in Silver Spring, Maryland. She had a solo show at VisArts Center in Rockville, Maryland, showcasing work incorporating a variety of materials. She was most recently an Artist-In-Residence summer 2017 at the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft in Texas. This fall semester 2017 she was the Interim Assistant Professor and Ceramic Studio Coodinator at Montgomery College where she taught a variety of ceramic levels with a diverse group students. Her functional ceramic work can be purchased through her online shop, at the shop- Neighborgoods in Hampden, MD (above the Doubledutch Boutique) or at the upcoming shop- Gray Apple Market in York, PA.
