Jeff Munnis' art includes graphic design, illustrations and cover art for bookmaking, and mandalas. Mandalas represent the largest category of his output. Many of Jeff's mandalas are produced in a single sitting, other larger pieces can sometimes take over forty hours to complete. Each mandala created is part of an interior spiritual process that starts with conscious intention, but always include the emergence of unconscious content that can be surprising. The color combinations are bold, but they make sense when they land on paper together. Jeff's book illustrations and art are combined with his poetry or selections from his prose texts and are published in limited editions.

Jeff Munnis has published five books of poetry, seven portfolios of art and prayers, a book of mandalas, and three books on spirituality, meditation, and transpersonal experiences. He is continuously in process with multiple projects. He finds inspiration in all forms of mysticism (Islamic, Jewish, Christian, Hindu, Sufism), geometry and Islamic art, mandalas, dreams, visions, and expanding our understanding of what it means to have a direct experience of God/the Divine. He graduated from the University of Florida, has an MFA from Goddard College and a Master of Divinity from Pacific School of Religion.
