Baker Artist Portfolios

A Baltimore-born and raised artist, documentarian, and narrative filmmaker. Studied animation and sound at the Maryland Institute College of Art before moving to New York City to work as a video editor for commercial media companies such as Refinery29, BET, and VH1, while simultaneously directing and editing personal films and music videos. In 2021 and 2022, directed and edited two documentaries, "Mississippi Goddamn" with Akea Brionne and "Along The Parkway" with True Laurels. During this time, II also wrote, directed and edited my first narrative short, "AL2Y (a letter 2 you)," which premiered in Baltimore and NYC as well as becoming an official selection at the Afrikana Film Festival in Richmond, VA. Currently working as a photojournalist in Baltimore.
