From 1996 until about 2008 I built custom furniture out of my Northern Baltimore County home based studio. The economic collapse of 2008 reduced the demand for such things and has allowed me to spend more time focusing on my art work. Since then I have placed a sculpture in downtown Baltimore as part of the city's Baltimore Sculpture Project and had a solo show at School 33. I have exhibited and won awards for my work at shows in Chicago and the Baltimore area. To replace the income lost from my furniture business I work at the Jessup Correctional Institution where I supervise inmates in the construction of furniture for State use purposes.
