Che's profile
Ché Navïn Arrington is a DC native, Baltimore-raised playwright and producer. He identifies as a black, gay, trans artist and writer born in Washington, DC. As a theatre artist, they aim to create theatre that leads to examinations and reflections on society and oneself. Their plays typically contain themes of LGBTQ+ issues, representation, and intersectional feminism. In both writing and directing, they've been drawn to complex characters who struggle to overcome circumstances out of their control. Most of my plays lean toward comedies, social commentaries, or drama-comedies. They are executive producing their next written work, The Hardest Words To Say, for District Fringe in 2026. @playsbyche on Instagram for more information.
