Hi, I’m Cheri Glover, a visual artist based in Columbia, MD and I am an artist-in-residence at the Howard County Arts Council. My work explores color, contrast, and the emotional rhythm of everyday life. I paint in acrylic with many layers of transparent washes and bold marks. Inspired by nature, dreams, and the beauty of being human, art is how I process and make sense of the world.
I am a full-time caregiver to my autistic adult daughter. My lived experiences shape my work with empathy, resilience, and purpose. I believe art can heal, connect, and transform— in the near I hope to help others find their creative voice.
