Cheri's profile
My art is inspired by a love of color, design, and the interplay of shapes, transparencies, and space. Using acrylic on canvas, I create intuitive works influenced by life and nature, with the goal of evoking emotion and connection.
In July 2024, I received the Emerging Artist Studio Award from the Howard County Arts Council and I became a full-time studio artist. My focus is on building a meaningful body of work that reflects my vision and supports my career. My work is on display at the Art Center through February 1st!
