1515 park avenue
1515 park avenue is our home/studio in bolton hill. the house was literally falling down in 2002. at one point in the mid-20th century, the building operated as 10-unit rooming house. by 2002, very little of the original finish detailing still existed, but by peeling back layers of debris, we were able to expose the beauty of the original workmanship and materials.
