In 2012 a few members of a Chinese Acrobatics class in Highlandtown were asked to perform for the Maryland School for the Blind, the perfect audience to cut your teeth on, 2 years later those students created Club Sandwich. Club Sandwich is a four person acrobatic troupe cultivating a dynamic theatrical performance style. Comprised of Amy Longcrier, Kelly Marburger, Eric Sipes and Asa Keiswetter. It's origins are in Chinese acrobatics under the instruction of coach Lin Junming. Club Sandwich officially came together for their debut performance entitled "Busted Dolls" at the NYC Dutch Acrobatics Festival in October of 2014. This group has performed in several duo and trio combinations as well as directing larger group ensembles. Two members of Club Sandwich, Amy Longcrier and Kelly Marburger, have been performing together for 3 years as the duo Rough n Tumblers.
