Charlotte Mann was born in Columbia, MD in 1996. In May 2018, she graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Studio Art(Honors, Advanced Specialization in Painting) and Art History from the University of Maryland College Park. She was a member of the UMD Art Honors Program for the 2017-2018 school year and completed her thesis work, entitled, “A Would-be Perfectionist’s Pursuit of Joy Through Faith and Painting,” in Spring 2018. Four of her recent works were published in Sink Hollow Undergraduate Literary Magazine’s Volume V, May 2018 issue. Last year, she was one of ten winners for Columbia’s Celebrate the Arts in the Park chair design contest. She graduated from Howard Community College in December 2015 with an AA in Art and has already gained experience doing portrait commissions since late 2015. Charlotte lives and works in Columbia, MD.
