Braedon Wikle is a Video Artist and Comedian from Anchorage, Alaska. He is the creator of the online persona, Don Vikle, who is a vessel for his alternative comedy. After moving to Baltimore, he acquired his BFA in Film & Video with a concentration in Theatre from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2018. Braedon is currently a performer at BIG (Baltimore Improv Group), and has been performing improv comedy for over 12 years. His work often exhibits elements of the uncanny, weaving the thread between comedy and the surreal. He is heavily inspired by artists including Noel Fielding, Conner O'Malley, Alan Resnick, and Robby Rackleff. In the future, he hopes to explore the implications of an ever growing reliance on technology, and its effects on the human psyche.
