Imaginary Museum
The Pixel Museum is a speculative museum that I created and branded as part of the Spring 2016 Imaginary Museum exhibition at the Maryland Institute College of Art.
Alter Ego
In this project, we were asked to develop a fictitious persona that amplified, undermined, and rediscovered an element of ourselves. We produced work in this persona under the direction of Jennifer Cole Phillips and Jason Gottlieb with visiting designer Silas Munro. This installation was on display at MICA's fall show, Extra Bold Condensed, October 16 - October 30, 2015.
JOURNEY TO THE DEEP
The deep sea. A place vastly different, filled with strange life forms and riveting creatures. It is the largest habitat on earth, yet largely unexplored. Let us investigate a few of the magnificent and anomalous creatures that thrive in this mysterious environment. The five specimen presented here are rare and seldom seen outside of their harsh living conditions. So what are you waiting for? Take a look and don’t be afraid to touch. They won’t bite..hopefully not this time.
This conservation showcases five divergent deep sea marine creatures that were carefully captured by the famous marine biologist and borderline mad scientist, Allie Tetra. Allie has a strong belief that even the darkest things in life can be quite beautiful.
The installation was created by handcrafting five 24x36" lightboxes. In addition, five small boxes were mounted under each creature so that viewers could reach in and "feel the texture" of each. The textures closely resembled the uniqueness of each marine animal.

Naomi Knows
Naomi (Normal Adolescent Online Mentoring Intelligence) Knows is a website inspired by the Growing Girls Project, the PhD dissertation of Ann Herbert. This project was created alongside Erica Holeman, Jarrett Fuller and Miles Holenstein. Special thanks to Anne Riley, Becky Slogeris, and principle advisors Jennifer Cole Phillips and Jason Gotlieb.
After extensive research and a workshop with adolescent Baltimore girls, we discovered that girls ages 8-14 in Baltimore City desired to learn new information from a trusted adult, or online. My group aimed to bring these elements together by creating a trustworthy online presence.
Naomi is an online presence which connects girls to hundreds of archived conversations concerning puberty and growing up. We hope these exchanges between Naomi and these different girls will educate girls going through similar experiences and help them start their own conversations with a trusted adult or peer.
In addition to a functional mobile site, our group also created several full dialogues, glossary page content, illustrations and card hand-outs.

EOM Architects
Eric Owen Moss Architects, also known as EOM, is known for its sculptural work in addition to architectural work. They "avoid traditional organization strategies, standardized design solutions, and any notion of architecture as simply a repetitive style". Below are three postcard and t-shirt concepts that I designed based on the style of their architecture that would be sold in their gift shop.
