Life on Yoga Mountain© debuted at the World Children’s Festival on the Washington National Mall with the International Child Art Foundation in 2011.

An interactive art and movement programs to promote integrated mind-body learning for children.

Embody Yoga© for adults to learn the philosophical tenets of living our soma through breath and movement.


Ms.Cohen has been a life-long student of somatics and has been studying, practicing and teaching the philosophies of Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga since 1975.


It has been Ms. Cohen's honor to share these programs with the Montessori International Schools, Read Across America, Fila Corporation, Baltimore Leadership School for Young Women, Port Discovery Children’s Museum, Maryland Institute College of Art, Baltimore Book Festival, Baltimore Promotion and the Arts, The International Child Art Foundation and  Maryland public and private schools
