"A good friend of mine brought me some art supplies and "SmeARt" was born. My legs could no longer dance in a ballet or musical number, so I created a new art form, therapy, and technique" SmeaARt." It ignited the art major in me from my middle school years helping me to forget that I was on bed rest at the time. SmeArt brighten my mind. It took off the black and white veil and "colorfied" my thoughts and vision."
Cir-Ron's first debut of SmeARt was at the Muddy Cup in Staten Island New York. "I am proud to have my work at The Peale Museum in Baltimore Maryland."
No stranger to the entertainment business. As a child he was recruited into TADA’s! Children’s Theater and The City Kids Foundation Repertory Company touring the country. Cir-Ron started writing music in Junior high School. He was later accepted into the prestigious "FAME" school, F. H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art double majoring in Music and Dance. He was a winner of the Bertelsmann World of Expression/Random House Inc. Song writing Competition. He is also a published Poet using his poems as songs. Cir-Ron danced for the Michael Mao Dance Company for 7 years. "Restless Soul" was debuted in Dance and Bmore's Spring 2011 Dance Concert, a Maryland based dance company. Cir-Ron choreographed his first international piece, "Facehook" in Israel with the Al-Harah Theater in 2008. He is currently choreographing and developing his own dance technique called Cir-Ron Lanier. Cir-Ron has dedicated many years of his life mentoring youth and serving people.
Cir-Ron's ethnicity is Puerto Rican, Cherokee, German, Barbadian, and Israeli that gives him his mixed features. He was Homecoming King of Seventeen magazine and Cir-Ron was awarded as Maxwell's look alike from the international daily paper "Metro" in NYC. Commercials include Nickelodeon, Wild Cherry Pepsi and doing voice overs for MTV's animated cartoons. Cir-Ron has featured with Fox's American Idol judge Paula Abdul Cold Hearted medley live on ABC.
